In the case of a decision not to recognize the teaching position obtained at a higher education institution abroad, the applicant may file an appeal within two working days from the date the evaluation result is communicated.

The appeal, addressed to the Rector, must be submitted in writing, registered with the DRU within UDG, and resolved by an Appeals Resolution Committee, appointed by decision of the Rector. The Committee consists of 3 members, tenured teaching staff at UDG, other than those in the Evaluation Committee. (3) Appeals may be submitted solely for non-compliance with the legal procedures regarding the conduct of the evaluation process, only by the appellant and only concerning the request for which the file was submitted. (4) The decision of the Appeals Resolution Committee is final, is recorded in writing in a report which is forwarded to the Rector, signed by all members of the Committee, and is communicated to the appellant in writing, within three days from the date of its issuance. (5) The appeal and the decision of the Appeals Resolution Committee are attached to the file of the applicant who filed the appeal.
