Notification of the provision of specialized workforce placement services carried out on the territory of Romania by the cross-border placement provider for the purpose of conducting workforce placement activities abroad, as provided by Government Decision no. 384/2001 regarding the METHODOLOGICAL NORMS for the application of Law no. 156/2000 regarding the protection of Romanian citizens working abroad, republished.
To carry out the placement activity, providers of cross-border workforce placement services are obliged to notify the territorial labor inspectorate in whose territorial area they intend to carry out the activity, at least 5 working days before the commencement of placement services.
Documents drafted in a foreign language must be accompanied by an authorized translation into Romanian.

Regarding the labor placement services provided in other counties, under the sanction of false statement, as provided in Article 326 of Law no. 286/2009 regarding the Criminal Code with subsequent amendments and additions, which shall specify, by nomination, the counties where they carry out specific activities of labor placement abroad.*
