This procedure regulates the automatic recognition of teaching positions in university education obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions.
The procedure applies to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries.
Occupation of a teaching position is carried out in accordance with the legal norms in force, as well as the institution's own methodology for competitions for teaching and research positions.
