The refusal to extend the authorization may be challenged before the administrative court, according to the law. The holder of an authorization who wishes to continue the authorized activities shall request the extension of the validity of the authorization(s) within a period between 90 days and 30 days before the expiry date of the validity period of the held authorization(s).
