c) Accredited higher education or research and development institutions that are the subject of a national mutual recognition agreement concluded at intergovernmental or interuniversity level.
The deadline for evaluation and preparation of the Acceptance or Non-Acceptance Report of the application by the Council of the Doctoral School to which the applicant's doctoral field is assigned is 10 working days.
The recognition or non-recognition decision is issued, following the final solution, by the Rector of the University of Oradea.
