This procedure refers to the applicable situations and the process related to the withdrawal of authorizations granted to legal entities carrying out activities for the installation and/or operation of cost allocation systems for heating and domestic hot water in condominium-type buildings. Applicable situations: the motivated request, sent by the authorization holder and accepted by ANRE;

The decision regarding the withdrawal of the authorization can be appealed within 3 days from the date of communication. For the resolution of appeals submitted by interested parties, a resolution committee is established, when necessary, appointed by Decision of the head of ANRE-DE.
