This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dental Physicians Caras Severin

The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians in Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of services provided and the safety of patients in relation with them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health system reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by G.D. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dental physicians and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity term: 3 months from the date of issue

The issuance fee is 300 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dental Physicians Caras Severin
