Suspension of membership status occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons, wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period and submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, respectively the College of Pharmacists of Bucharest, a request to suspend the membership status. At the time of requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee until the end of the year and must fulfill the condition of continuous professional training through a number of 40 EFC hours for the respective period.
To support the requested actions, the documents listed below are attached.
The pharmacist undertakes, within 30 days of resuming activity, to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania.
