The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon express request, meet the following conditions: they hold an official qualification in pharmacy, they are not in any of the situations of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, they are medically fit to practice as a pharmacist, they have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their degree within the last 5 years, they have paid the registration fee (the fee is to be paid into the territorial College’s account ROBTRL0002000853680100 LIBRA BANK SIBIU in the amount of 10% of the minimum national wage, in accordance with the current legislative amendments.

For pharmacists who have not registered within 5 years after graduation, they will take the professional re-certification exam, in order to practice the profession, and will pay a fee of 500 lei according to Decision no.1/2018 published in MOF 1249 of 11.12.2024
