The suspension of membership status occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, or by electronic means, the standard application form by which they request the suspension of membership status. At the time of requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee up to the end of the year and must fulfill the condition of continuous professional training with an appropriate number of EFC hours for the period up to the submission of the request.

The pharmacist is obliged, within 30 days of resuming activity, to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania - the territorial branch where they will be active.

All documents will be signed and will have the mention Conform cu originalul (According to the original).
