The procedure regulates all operations leading to the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, which aims at preparing the documentation for the authorization of construction works, for awarding by auction the design of public works at the feasibility study stage, for legal claims and notarial operations regarding real estate circulation, the establishment of a right of way in relation to the applicant’s request (beneficiary/investor) and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.

Receipt of legal fee payment (copy):

Fee = 30% of the amount initially paid

Payment can be made by bank transfer to account RO 24TREZ27121070250XXXXX CUI 4344600, through Târgoviște Treasury.
