To start the procedure for issuing the tax certificate, you need to pay a fixed fee of 37 lei/certificate for legal entities on the website Ghiseul.ro by selecting Giurgiu County/Local Taxes and Duties/Institution Giurgiu/search tax Fiscal Stamp Fee for Legal Entities

• The tax certificate will be published within three working days from the submission of the application (except for disposal, see details on the application template and if no clarifications are needed on the file).
• The conditions for issuing tax attestation certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code.
• Consequently, the applicant will obtain a tax attestation certificate only if all obligations to the local budget are up to date. For this purpose, if you have not paid the minimum required amounts, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, estimating the minimum amounts you need to pay in order to obtain a certificate without debts.
