This procedure regulates the issuance of the neighborhood report by the Maramureș County Institution. The structure handling the request is the Document Collection Department.
In order to issue the approval, the applicant shall address the Maramureș County Council by electronically submitting the following documents:
- Request - standard form;
- Site and boundary plan of the property for which the signing of the neighborhood report is requested (P.A.D.)
- Neighborhood report
- Area integration plan
- Other documents (optional)
The issuance of the approval is conditioned by the submission by mail, to the issuer's headquarters, of the original documents, if they do not have an electronic signature.

In the case of a dispute between the beneficiary and the competent authority, the provisions of common law are applicable.
