Details
For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) must be filled out and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity date. Upon submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee. The department responsible for the application is the Urbanism and Spatial Planning Service, Urbanism Department.
