For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard request (according to Form - model F.7 - REQUEST for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) must be completed and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original urbanism certificate issued. The request for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity date.
Along with the submission of the request to extend the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
