By July 31, the town halls are obliged to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the value of the thermal energy aid, as well as the Consolidated Register including the beneficiaries of the thermal energy aid and its value, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the value of the thermal energy aid and the Consolidated Register including the beneficiaries of the thermal energy aid and its value, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.
