Until July 31, the city halls have the obligation to submit the Report regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of the aid for electricity, the List including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
