For the granting of heating aids, mayors will send to the territorial agencies, both in writing and in electronic format, the centralized situation regarding the aid holders, for each heating system, a situation which will also contain the average net monthly income per family member/of the single person, as the case may be, and the value of the heating aid calculated. In the case of heating aids, the centralized situation is sent both in writing and electronically to the suppliers of centralized thermal energy systems, natural gas/electricity and to the owners'/tenants' associations, in which case it also includes the value of the aid calculated under the law, the name and identification data of the supplier, as well as the applicant's client code.*

The statement is certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.*

For the granting of the energy supplement, mayors will send to the territorial agencies, both in writing and in electronic format, the centralized situation regarding the beneficiaries of the aid, for each heating system, a situation which will also contain the average net monthly income per family member/of the single person, as the case may be, and the value of the heating aid calculated. In the case of the energy supplement, the centralized situation is sent both in writing and electronically to the suppliers of district heating, natural gas/electricity, and homeowners/tenants associations, in which case it also includes the value of the energy supplement under the law, the name and identification data of the supplier, and the applicant’s client code. The mayor's dispositions contain the holder's first and last name, the amount of the energy supplement granted under the conditions provided by law, and the period for which it is granted.*

Based on the situation prepared according to the law, natural gas suppliers draw up the centralizing report, which is sent to the mayor for certification and constitutes a payment document. After certification, the report is sent to the territorial agencies for settlement. The report is also certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.*
