By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a borderoux, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Borderoux and the applications with the supporting documents.

The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding means of appeal; in case of dispute, the common law provisions apply.
Any person who considers themselves harmed in one of their rights or in a legitimate interest, by a public authority through an administrative act or by the failure to resolve a request within the legal term, may address the competent administrative court, in accordance with the provisions of Law 544/2004.
