By July 31, the town halls are required to submit the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid for natural gas heating to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, as well as the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for natural gas heating and the actual amount thereof.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid for natural gas heating and the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for natural gas heating and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.

The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding appeals, in case of dispute the common law provisions are applicable.
