By July 31st, the city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the register listing the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount thereof, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the register listing the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity provider.

The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding appeal procedures; in the case of a dispute, the provisions of common law are applicable.
Any person who considers themselves harmed in a right of theirs or in a legitimate interest, by a public authority through an administrative act or by the failure to resolve a request within the legal timeframe, may address the competent administrative litigation court, in accordance with the provisions of Law 544/2004.
