By the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to submit, based on a borderou, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload the Borderou and the Applications with supporting documents in the Documents Required section.

Remedy:
The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding remedies; in the event of a dispute, the common law provisions shall apply.
Any person who considers themselves harmed in a right or in a legitimate interest, by a public authority through an administrative act or by the failure to resolve a request within the legal term, may address the competent administrative litigation court, in accordance with the provisions of Law 544/2004.
