By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload the List and Applications with the supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.

The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding appeal procedures; in the case of litigation, the common law provisions are applicable.
