This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the tax certificate for individuals within the City Hall of Techirghiol - Department of Local Taxes, Duties and Enforcement.
-For Transfer, Registration Certificates* (buildings, land, vehicles, as applicable) it is necessary to pay all overdue obligations and the full current payment for the asset to be transferred.
-Obligations are considered paid when the account of the City Hall of Techirghiol at the treasury has been debited and this fact is also reflected in the tax records of the issuing institution.
