For extending the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to the Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for extension of the validity of the building permit) must be filled out and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for extending the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
Upon submitting the application for extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
