The risk incentive is granted according to the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82/2020 for the approval of granting a risk incentive for the staff of residential care and assistance centers for elderly people, residential centers for children and adults, with and without disabilities, as well as for other vulnerable categories, preventively isolated at the workplace, during the state of emergency, in a fixed amount of 1150 lei gross, for the employees of residential care and assistance centers for elderly people, residential centers for children and adults, with and without disabilities, as well as for the employees of residential centers intended for other vulnerable categories, public and private, provided in the Nomenclature of Social Services, approved by Government Decision no. 867/2015, with subsequent amendments and completions, who were preventively isolated at the workplace during the state of emergency.
