Details
The allowance for family support is a form of aid for families with low incomes who are raising and caring for children up to 18 years old. Granting the allowance for family support aims to supplement the income of families in order to ensure better conditions for the upbringing and education of children, as well as to encourage the attendance of school-age children in the care of low-income families at courses organized according to the law, in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 2 of Law 277/2010 regarding the allowance for family support, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
