Persons classified with severe disability with a personal assistant are entitled to be provided with the employment of a paid personal assistant by the local public authorities or to receive a monthly allowance in the event they waive the employment of a personal assistant; the allowance is equivalent to the net salary of a junior social worker with secondary education from budgetary units other than those with beds.
The Social Benefits and Vulnerable Persons Service is obliged to take the necessary measures to ensure the granting of the allowance equivalent to the net salary of a junior social worker with secondary education from budgetary units other than those with beds, to all those in need, classified with severe disability with a personal assistant, without any discrimination.
In order to benefit from the monthly allowance, the applicant must have their domicile or residence on the territory of Slava Cercheza commune.
