If the parents had the status of migrant workers, they will submit supporting documents to confirm the address (the address of the Institution that pays the allowance in the country/locality from the EU member state) and the insurance number from the EU member state where the child was born, as well as a declaration to certify the period in which they worked, whether they are receiving or have received allowances from that state, and where they currently reside. If the parents have not worked abroad and documents have not been drawn up for them in an EU member state, the applicant will submit a declaration specifying the period spent abroad, stating that they did not receive allowances from that state and where they currently reside.*

In cases where the payment of the allowance is requested into a personal current account or card account at one of the following banking institutions: BANCA TRANSILVANIA; BCR; BRD - GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE; ALPHA BANK; CEC BANK; OTP BANK; RAIFFESEN BANK; GARANTI BANK; VOLKBANK; ING BANK; BANCPOST; BANCA ROMANEASCA.*

For legal representatives requesting the establishment of the right to state allowance, according to Law 61/1993 (republished), whose children are born in one of the member states of the European Union or whose children have lived together with their parents for a certain period in one of these member states, annex no.1 to Council Regulation no.1408/1971 must also be completed and obligatorily attached to the allowance file. Additionally, persons who have had or have residency in one of the member states of the European Union will also present residency documents, in copy.*
