This procedure regulates the way in which online requests are submitted regarding the internship within bachelor's or master's degree programs according to Order no. 3955/2008 of the Ministry of Education, Research and Youth regarding the approval of the General Framework for the organization of internships within bachelor's and master's study programs and the Framework Agreement regarding the internship within bachelor's or master's degree programs, within the Bistrița-Năsăud County Council.
Clarifications
The resolution deadlines according to art.8 para.(1) and art.9 of Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 regarding the regulation of the activity of resolving petitions, amended and supplemented by Law no. 233/2002 for the approval of Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 regarding the regulation of the activity of resolving petitions are: “art.8(1) The public authorities and institutions notified are obliged to communicate to the petitioner, within 30 days from the date of registration of the petition, the answer, regardless of whether the solution is favorable or unfavorable. art.9 If the aspects raised in the petition require more thorough investigation, the head of the authority or public institution may extend the term provided in art. 8 by at most 15 days."
