In the event that following the request for registration of retail activity of food products of animal origin, the county DSVSA and/or that of the municipality of Bucharest has not issued a registration document, and the record of findings drawn up during the inspection of the unit includes the deficiencies found and the deadlines for their remediation, upon the expiration of these deadlines the legal representative of the unit may request re-inspection of the unit.
The applicant submits a request for the re-inspection of the unit, and the inspectors of the county DSVSA and/or that of the municipality of Bucharest schedule a new visit.
If all registration requirements are met, the county DSVSA and/or that of the municipality of Bucharest issues the registration document.
The registration document is collected by the legal representative of the unit or by another person authorized through a delegation issued only for this purpose, signed and stamped by the legal representative of the unit.
If the deficiencies found are not remedied, the county DSVSA and/or that of the municipality of Bucharest notifies the applicant in writing that they do not have the right to carry out activity in the field for which registration for food safety is required.
Exception:
In the case where there are also going to be production, processing and/or storage activities of animal origin products subject to sanitary-veterinary authorization in the respective unit, a single authorization document shall be issued, according to the provisions of order of the ANSVSA president no. 57/2010, with the inscription of all types of activities carried out in the unit.
NOTE:
All documents submitted/transmitted in copy will also be presented in original, for verification, upon collection of the registration document.
