regarding the status of the applicant and their relationship with the child/children for whom the right is requested, for one of the persons who adopted the child/ to whom the child was entrusted for adoption/ who has the child in foster care/ in emergency foster care, with the exception of the professional foster carer, who may benefit from these rights only for their own children, as well as the person who has been appointed as guardian.

- Certificates from the Public Finance Administration showing the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth or, as appropriate, proof of income calculated for the purpose of advance tax payment;
- Tax assessment decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth showing the start date of the activity,
- The Single Declaration, for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's date of birth.
- Decision of suspension or cessation of activity, declaration 070, from the Public Finance Administration;
For students, university graduates, pupils, etc.:
- CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ATTESTING ATTENDANCE OF FULL-TIME COURSES WITHOUT INTERRUPTION UNTIL THE DATE OF THE REQUEST IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD'S BIRTH OR THE GRADUATION DIPLOMA ACCOMPANIED BY THE TRANSCRIPT OR CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IF THE UNIVERSITY WAS GRADUATED IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD'S BIRTH IF IN ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS
m) attends, without interruption, full-time pre-university education, including under the "Second Chance" program, or, as the case may be, university education at the level of bachelor's or master's degrees, as well as post-university education at the master's level, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except in the case of interruption of studies for medical reasons;
n) has the status of doctoral student, under the conditions provided by the National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and additions
o) is in the period between the completion of one form of pre-university education and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of pre-university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
p) is in the period between graduation from full-time pre-university education, organized according to the law, and commencement of university education, full-time courses, in the same calendar year;
q) is in the period between the completion of a form of university education, full-time courses, with or without a bachelor's or diploma exam, and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
r) is in the period between the completion of a form of university education, at the level of bachelor's or master's degrees and post-university education at master's level, full-time courses, and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education at the level of bachelor's or master's degrees, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
s) is in the period between the completion of a form of post-university education, full-time courses, and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of post-university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
t) is in the 60-day period from the completion of compulsory education or, where applicable, from graduation from full-time pre-university, university at bachelor's or master's level, and post-university education at the master's level, organized according to the law, with or without a graduation exam, for the purpose of employment or, where applicable, transition to unemployment, calculated from the 1st of the month following the completion of studies
