regarding the quality of the applicant and their relationship with the child/children for whom the right is requested, for one of the persons who has adopted the child/ to whom the child has been entrusted for adoption/ who has the child in foster care/ in emergency foster care, except for the professional foster carer who may benefit from these rights only for their own children, as well as the person who has been appointed guardian. In the case of P.F.A: - Certificate from the Health Insurance House (C.A.S) stating the period in which the maternity allowance (pregnancy + maternity leave) was paid or a sworn statement declaring that the maternity allowance was not received - Certificates from the Public Finance Administration showing the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child’s birth or, as the case may be, proof of income calculated for the purpose of advance tax payment; - Tax assessment decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child’s birth, indicating the start date of the activity, - The Unique Declaration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child’s birth date. - The decision to suspend or cease activity, declaration 070, from the Public Finance Administration; For students, university graduates, pupils, etc.: - CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ATTESTING FULL-TIME ATTENDANCE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION UP TO THE APPLICATION DATE IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD’S BIRTH, OR DIPLOMA OF GRADUATION WITH TRANSCRIPT OR CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IF GRADUATED IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD’S BIRTH IF IN ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS m) attending, without interruption, full-time courses of pre-university education, including within the "Second Chance" program, or, as appropriate, university education at the bachelor’s or master’s level, as well as postgraduate master’s education, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except in cases of interruption of courses for medical reasons; n) are doctoral students, under the conditions provided by National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and completions; o) are in the period between the completion of a form of pre-university education and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of pre-university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; p) are in the period between graduation from full-time courses of pre-university education, organized according to the law, and commencement of university full-time education, in the same calendar year; q) are in the period between the completion of a form of university education, full-time courses, with or without a bachelor’s or diploma exam, and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; r) are in the period between the completion of a form of university education at the bachelor’s or master’s level and postgraduate master’s education, full-time courses, and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education at the bachelor’s or master’s level, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; s) are in the period between the completion of a form of postgraduate education, full-time courses, and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of postgraduate education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; t) are within the 60-day period after completing compulsory education or, as the case may be, after graduating from full-time pre-university, university education at bachelor’s or master’s level, and postgraduate master’s education, organized according to the law, with or without a graduation exam, for employment purposes or, as the case may be, entering unemployment, calculated from the 1st day of the month following completion of studies - SWORN STATEMENT THAT THEY DO NOT EARN TAXABLE INCOME If the father requests the child raising and care allowance, a certificate from the mother’s employer is also required, specifying the period in which the maternity allowance (i.e., prenatal and postnatal leave) was paid, or a sworn statement that they did not receive the maternity allowance.*
