Details
Issuance of authorization for the placement of advertising panels in the area of county roads.
Remarks:
- The use of retroreflective materials in the execution of the panel is prohibited.
- The provisions of the following will be observed:
- Ordinance 43/1997 regarding the legal regime of roads with subsequent amendments and completions;
- Law no. 198/2015 regarding the approval of Government Ordinance no. 7/2010 for the amendment and completion of Government Ordinance no. 43/1997 regarding the road regime;
- Order of the Ministry of Transport no. 1835/2017 for the approval of the Technical Norms regarding the design and placement conditions of constructions, installations and advertising means in the area of roads, on bridges, flyovers, viaducts, in road tunnels, as well as the arrangement of access ways to public roads.
Note:At the request of D.J.A.D.P. Iaşi, other documents/plans/details in addition to those specified in the "Required documents" section must also be presented if the situation requires it.
