Technical presentation memorandum of the proposed work which will include: current situation; land classification in the General Urban Plan approved by D.J.A.D.P. Iaşi; designed solution, description of the works that are the subject of the project for approval with references to the site (including the road and km position), its topography; description of the activity of the objective; attracted traffic (evaluation of the type of attracted traffic and number of vehicles during peak hour); presentation of the access solution to the county road, placement of buildings relative to the geometric elements of the county road; adopted road structure for the arrangement of the access road / side road / collector (if applicable); traffic study (circulation capacity, level of service) in case of commercial complexes; method of solving the continuity of rainwater drainage along the county road in the area of the objective and intersection; method of collecting and discharging rainwater and wastewater from the site; type of existing cross-sectional profile; existing and proposed road signage for regulating traffic in the new conditions, designed in accordance with SR 1848/1/2/3 – 2011, SR 1848/7 – 2015, STAS 1848/5-82; structure of the road system for the designed access; an equivalent road system will be adopted with that pertaining to the county road; method of intersection lighting at night, if applicable; situation of roadside planting; presentation of the geometric elements of the collector road or service road, if applicable; method of ensuring traffic circulation during the execution of works, km position of the collector road (if applicable); visibility distances on the county road in the area of its intersection with the access road; calculation of the number of parking spaces, in accordance with HG 525/1996.*

Plan for zoning in which the location of the land will be marked.*

Situation plan at a scale of 1/500, which will be drafted on a topographic support highlighting the elevations, based on the plan endorsed and certified by the Office of Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity, regarding the neighboring properties and land boundaries. The situation plan will include: the cadastral plot for which the urbanism certificate was issued, the neighboring properties along the county road on both sides of the objective (along the county road on both its sides) over a length of 100 m, showing all accesses / buildings / collector road (specifying dimensions and distances); the intersections of the collector road with the county road (if applicable); the projected and existing buildings, the placement of fuel pumps / canopy / tanks (in the case of fuel distribution stations), the dimensions, names, and purposes of each building entity, the fencing, the distances from the axis of the county road to constructions, fences, fuel tanks, fuel delivery pumps; the distance from the property boundary to the axis of the county road and to the edge of the paved road surface will be specified; the access solution to the county road through direct access / through side road / through easement / collector, etc.; pedestrian and vehicle accesses within the property, sidewalks, traffic flow diagram, the solution for arranging vehicle access to the county road; the kilometer and meter positions of the land and access to the county road; vertical systematization of the land; existing and proposed road signage (vertical and horizontal) to regulate traffic under the new conditions; parking spaces in accordance with HG 525/1996; the system for collecting and discharging waters from the premises, the septic tank, hydrocarbon separator, etc.; the situation plan will present a simulation of the route of the fuel supply tanker to the tank (in the case of fuel stations), as well as the route of long vehicles using the services of the objective.*
