Issuing the membership certificate of the Romanian College of Dentists*

Details

The membership certificate of the College of Dental Physicians of Romania is issued and granted, upon request, by the territorial college of the professional body in whose area the unit where the applicant dental physician will carry out their activity is located, or by the territorial college in whose area the applicant has their domicile or, as the case may be, residence. The membership certificate is granted to the persons provided in art. 477 of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, hereinafter also referred to as Law no. 95/2006, who cumulatively meet the following conditions: hold an official qualification title in dental medicine, within the meaning of art. 478 para. (2) of Law no. 95/2006; are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by Law no. 95/2006; are medically fit to practice the profession of dental physician; have interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years; have paid the registration fee to the College of Dental Physicians of Romania in the amount provided by the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, adopted by the Decision of the National General Assembly no. 5/2007, with subsequent amendments and completions. This procedure does not apply in case of temporary or occasional provision of dental activities on the territory of Romania.
