Details
- The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and released by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose area, as applicable, the applicant physician has their domicile/residence or place of work/unit where they will carry out their activity.
- The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted upon request, to persons provided for by art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:
a) hold an official medical qualification, in the sense of art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;
b) are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;
c) are medically fit to practice the medical profession;
d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their degree in the last 5 years.
