Persons who meet the contribution period conditions, according to the law (have earned income subject to tax or have been in assimilated contribution periods for 12 months in the last 24 months before the child’s birth), may optionally benefit from the following rights:
Leave for raising a child up to the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability, as well as a monthly allowance.
Persons who, during the period in which they are entitled to benefit from child-raising leave, obtain income subject to tax have the right to an insertion incentive.
