The act of acquiring the property*

For the identification of individuals in relation to the local fiscal authority and the establishment of their fiscal domicile, the following documents are to be attached electronically, as applicable: - identity document; Birth certificate (in the case of a minor owner who does not have an identity card, in which case the fiscal declaration will be completed by their legal guardian); Fiscal registration certificate (a document by which the fiscal identification number/fiscal registration code is individualized and is used in case the taxpayer does not have a personal numerical code). For conformity with the original, each document will be signed electronically with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the representation of taxpayers in their relationship with the local tax authority, the following documents must be attached electronically: the authorization and the identity document of the authorized representative.*

For the registration of a means of transport in the fiscal records, the following supporting documents are electronically attached, as applicable: - sale-purchase contract; donation deed; fiscal invoice; inheritance certificate; financial leasing contract and/or novation/assignment contract accompanied by the handover-receipt report or any other similar document; final and irrevocable/final and enforceable court decision, etc.; - customs document, issued by the Romanian Customs Authority, for the means of transport in case it is acquired from states other than EU member states; - document issued by the Romanian Naval Authority, indicating the technical characteristics of the means of water transport; - fiscal certification issued prior to the transfer in the name of the seller, by the specialized department of the competent local public administration authority, except for means of transport acquired from abroad. In the case of the transfer of ownership, by using, as applicable, the alienation-acquisition contract, model 2016 itl-054, the visa applied in the top right corner is equivalent to the fiscal certification; - registration sheet, as applicable; - vehicle identification card – document issued by R.A.R. For conformity with the original, each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the registration of a means of transport in the fiscal records, the following form is completed and electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature: - Fiscal declaration for the establishment of the tax/fee on means of transport owned by individuals/legal entities - model 2016 ITL 005*
