The act of acquiring the property*

For the identification of individuals in relation to the local tax authority and the establishment of their fiscal domicile, the following documents are to be attached electronically, as applicable: - the identity document; the birth certificate (in the case of a minor owner who does not possess an identity card, in which case the tax declaration will be completed by their legal guardian); the tax registration certificate (a document that individualizes the tax identification number/tax registration code and is used in cases where the taxpayer does not have a personal numeric code). For conformity with the original, each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the representation of taxpayers in their relationship with the local tax authority, the following documents are attached electronically: the power of attorney and the identity document of the proxy.*

For the registration of a means of transport in the fiscal records, the following supporting documents are electronically attached, as the case may be: - sale-purchase contract; deed of donation; tax invoice; certificate of inheritance; financial leasing contract and/or novation/assignment contract accompanied by the handover-receipt report or any other similar document; final and irrevocable/final and enforceable court decision, etc.; - customs document issued by the Romanian Customs Authority for the means of transport, in the case where it is acquired from countries other than the Member States of the European Union; - document issued by the Romanian Naval Authority, showing the technical characteristics of the means of water transport; - tax certificate issued prior to the transfer of ownership in the name of the seller, by the specialized department of the competent local public administration authority, except for means of transport acquired from abroad. In case of transfer of ownership, by using, as the case may be, the Transfer-Acquisition Contract, model 2016 itl-054, the visa applied in the upper right corner is equivalent to the tax certificate; - registration form, as the case may be; - vehicle identity card - document issued by R.A.R. For compliance with the original, each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the registration of a means of transport in the fiscal records, the following form must be completed and electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature: - Fiscal declaration for determining the tax/fee on means of transport owned by natural persons/legal persons - model 2016 ITL 005*
