The urbanism certificate is also issued in the following situations:
a) for the concession of land, according to the law;
b) for the awarding by auction of the design of public works in the "Feasibility Study" phase, according to the law;
c) for legal proceedings and notarial operations regarding real estate transactions, when such operations concern:
- the merging or division of land into/from at least 3 parcels;
- the splitting or merging of parcels requested for the purpose of carrying out construction and infrastructure works;
- the establishment of a right of way over a property.
The mentioned legal operations, carried out without the urbanism certificate, are null and void.
