In the situation where the applicant is dissatisfied with the manner in which the request was resolved, the provisions of Article 30 of Law no. 416/2001 regarding the guaranteed minimum income are applicable: “(1) The mayor’s decision regarding the granting, non-granting, modification, suspension, termination of payment of the rights provided by this law, change of the holder thereof, as well as the recovery of unduly collected sums may be challenged according to the provisions of the Law on administrative litigation no. 554/2004 with subsequent amendments. (2) Requests, actions and appeals regarding the rights provided in this law are exempt from the stamp duty.
