Notice for technical-utility networks (Technical Placement Notice)

Note: This Technical Notice is issued for the execution of new network extensions, water connections/sewer connections, building constructions and utility connections, or for other types of works for which it is requested, through the Urbanism Certificate or the Road Owner's Agreement.

To obtain the notice you need:

- Standard application;

- Urbanism certificate;

- Land Register excerpt for the property for which the technical notice is requested;

- Registration certificate of the company requesting the notice, issued by the Trade Register Office;

- Zoning plan, issued by the urban data bank, at the 1:5000 scale;

- Site plan (2 copies) issued by the urban data bank, at 1:500 scale;

- Site plan (2 copies) of the location with topographic survey Stereo 70.

The notice fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid when submitting the documentation. Payment for technical notices is made at the cashier’s office on Enric Baader St. no. 11. The documents required for obtaining the technical notices can also be sent by e-mail or submitted at the Customer Relations Service, on Enric Baader St. no. 11, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 3 pm.
