Details

The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before the expiration of this period, a single extension of the approval may be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit at least 5 days before the expiry date of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and a field verification thereof.

The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number from the ANIF approval issuance register and will be granted for a maximum period of 12 months. After this period, a further extension of the approval's validity is not possible; the applicant must obtain, according to the law, another ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.

The second agreement will be sent in copy, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state and, also, following the notification of the issuance of the permit, when picking it up from the headquarters, the original document must be presented.*
