ANIF approval for drafting Detailed Urban Plan - for individuals*

The Central Unit or Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before this term expires, a single extension of the approval can be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and its verification on site.

The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number from the ANIF approval issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a further extension of the validity of the approval is not possible, and the applicant must obtain, under the law, another ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days of submitting the documentation.
