Details

The Central Unit or Territorial Subsidiary for Land Improvements coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals, in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before the expiration of this period, a single extension of the approval may be granted, upon written request (submitted to the ANIF issuing unit at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and after a field verification of it.

The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number in the ANIF approvals issuance registry and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a new extension of the approval's validity is not possible, and the applicant must obtain, under the law, another ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
