The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure according to the provisions of art. 33, paragraph 2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7, paragraph 14 of Law no. 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works).*

The favorable opportunity notice from the County Council/Local Council for the extension of the built-up area, in the case of land located outside the built-up area for which a Zoning Urban Plan (P.U.Z.) is requested, and the request for a Detailed Urban Plan (P.U.D.) from the municipality for land located within the built-up area;*

Certificate of registration and certificate of attestation from the Trade Registry or the document on the basis of which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity;*
