The Central Unit or Territorial Branch of Land Improvements coordinates the procedural activity concerning the issuance of permits in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the permit is 24 months; before this period expires, a single extension of the permit can be granted, upon a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit at least 5 days before the expiry date of the ANIF permit for which the extension is requested) and after on-site verification.

The extension of the permit will carry a different registration number in the ANIF permit issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months. After this date, a new extension of the permit's validity is not possible; the applicant will need to obtain, in accordance with the law, another ANIF permit.

ANIF issues permits within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.

The second agreement will be sent, as a copy, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state and also, following the notification of the issuance of the permit, when picking it up from the headquarters, the original document must be presented.*
