ANIF technical notice for obtaining the Building Permit for investment objectives located within the built-up area of localities - for legal entities*

Details


The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of endorsements in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the endorsement is 24 months; before this period expires, a single extension of the endorsement may be granted, following a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity of the ANIF endorsement for which the extension is requested) and its on-site verification.

The extension of the endorsement will have a different registration number from the ANIF endorsement issuance register and is made for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a new extension of the endorsement's validity is not possible, and the applicant will have to obtain, according to the law, another ANIF endorsement.

ANIF issues the endorsements within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
