The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, CF number, cadastral number, and/or topographical number, signature/stamp (legal entities), accompanied by a copy of the identity document*

Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Findings from the Trade Register or the document on the basis of which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity*

In case of representation, notarial power of attorney, or delegation/decision of the general assembly of associations, the sole associate’s decision, the representative’s decision of the associative form, as applicable, original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID card/passport of the authorized person, or a copy of the passport for the authorized person with domicile abroad.*

Copy of the ownership document (for example: ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land possession document concluded (for example: concession contract, lease, conclusion, superficies, etc...) with a notarial authentication conclusion (except for the application of works provided in art.7, para.1 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization for construction works, republished)*

The technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in Land Improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of Land Improvement works where the situation requires it. The technical documentation/project will also include the technical protection solution for land improvement works and will be obligatorily verified according to the law by a certified project verifier (as applicable). In the case of express national roads, ring roads, highways, it is requested that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (valid), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan.*

Copies of the payment documents.*

The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable (except in cases where the issuance of the construction permit is requested for the implementation and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004 as subsequently amended and supplemented).
