Examples: The title deed, sale-purchase contract, donation contract, or other valid land ownership document (concession, lease, rental, superficies contract, etc.) with notarized authentication (except for requests for works provided in art. 7, paragraph 1 4 of Law 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works, republished) must be presented.*

The first agreement will be sent as a copy if the land is owned by a person other than the owner. The second agreement will be sent as a copy if the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state and, following the notification of the issuance of the approval, when it is picked up from the office, the original document will be presented.*

The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004 as subsequently amended and supplemented); (with the exception of requests for works provided in art. 7 para 14 of Law 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works, republished); (with the exception of public utility investment works).*
