To start the procedure for issuing the fiscal certificate, you must pay a fixed fee of 10 lei/certificate for legal entities at the address: https://www.ghiseul.ro/ghiseul/public/taxe by selecting Județ Botosani/Impozite și Taxe Locale/Institutie Rauseni/ by searching for the Taxa timbru certificat fiscal PJ

• The fiscal certificate will be published within three working days from the submission of the application (except for transfer — see details on the application form and if no clarifications are needed on the file).
• The conditions for issuing the fiscal attestation certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code.
• Consequently, the applicant will obtain the tax attestation certificate only if he/she is up to date with the payment of obligations owed to the local budget. For this purpose, if you have not paid the minimum required amounts, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, estimating the minimum amounts you must pay to obtain a certificate without debts.
