Based on Emergency Ordinance no. 70/2011 regarding social protection measures during the cold season, with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as Government Decision no. 920/2011 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Emergency Ordinance no. 70/2011, families and single persons from Grădinari commune whose average monthly net income per family member does not exceed 750 lei, may submit applications and self-declarations for granting heating aid for their homes using natural gas, electricity and/or wood, oil-based fuels.
